RLH Development, LLC

RLH Development, LLC was founded by Robin Haddock to provide development and project management services within the affordable housing industry. Prior to beginning RLH, Robin spent 10 years working for a national nonprofit specializing in affordable, service- enriched housing and was responsible for establishing and operating the organization’s Savannah, Georgia office. From this office, she was responsible for business development along with project management of new construction and substantial rehabilitation projects for affordable housing in the Southeast. As of August 2013, her work has been based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Robin draws from extensive experience utilizing financing tools including State and Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, CDBG and HOME funds, tax-exempt bonds, and Affordable Housing Program Funds from the Federal Home Loan Bank. The firm also has experience managing projects involving HUD and FHA financing, as well as other state and local funding sources. Completed developments include both new construction deals involving land entitlements, layered financing and master planning, as well as substantial rehabilitation projects with subsidy renewals, tenant relocation, environmental mitigation and synchronizing current local and federal regulations. Robin’s education and training, includes HUD’s training on Multifamily Advanced Preservation and the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act.
