Liz Ward, founder and owner of Give Impact, has a combined 15 years of experience in banking, commercial real estate finance, and affordable housing development. As a Charlotte native, the daughter of a CMS teacher, and someone who lived in eight different homes before going to college on a needs-based scholarship, Liz understands the immeasurable value of stable housing and access to resources that lead to a healthy future.
Her cumulative experience and heart for this community led her to identify the need for independent expert advice on solutions in housing and upward mobility to help increase the momentum and reach across the Charlotte market.
